It seems that my target audience likes the neon aesthetic, but it's colour is a little saturated. These concerns will be considered when doing the second digipak draft.

Music Video Drafts & Final Cut

First Music Video Draft

Made with Padlet

Judging by the responses I have got for the first draft of my music video, I would say I'm going in the right direction. It seems I have grasped the conventions of form and of alternative rock well. But there are criticisms that I will try to resolve for the next draft. Criticisms such as a lack of shot variety, unfinished look, confusing narrative etc.

Across the board, the participants of this survey agree that this draft is better than the last. But by no means are there no criticisms; for some the pacing needed work and more static shots would be received better responses. So this is definitely something I will consider going into the final cut.

Final Cut of the Music Video

Positives all around. Criticisms, however, include a wider variety of shots, a more coherent plot, nerf the blood and drugs. These concerns will be resolved for the second final cut.
